1. RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT and TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION
Research and devolopment – Technologies for digitalization and to connecting people and things, for the fruition of tangible and intangible heritage (ex. VR, AR, MR), for preservation, management, promotion, data protection and copyright, co-creation of works, creation of new services and remote retail sales, physical, cultural and social inclusion, remote and interactive visualization;
Research and development – New materials and advanced technologies for design, restoration, preservation, for historical and artistic buildings, for tangible and intangible heritage, social and physical inslucion, sustainable production;
Creation of methods and technologies aimed to encouraging mitigation and the adaptation to climate change, in order to support the Green Deal.
2. CREATION OF A SYSTEM FOR CREATIVE INDUSTRIES
Interconnecting with research structures, which support new entrepreneurship and develop their innovation hubs, assisting the qualification of human resources training;
Improving competitiveness and innovation of traditional productive system, consolidate and improve the system of business network and Cluster, strengthen and coordinate applied scientific research;
Enhancing and disseminating technology transfer;
Developing european and extra-european partnerships.
3. DEVELOPMENT OF ORGANISATIONAL MODELS FOR CREATIVE INDUSTRIES
Approach to the markets, process innovations and development of company’s organizational structure, with the aim of improving its management;
Process innovations, improvement of production processes, short supply chain between companies and regional PPP to increase competitive advantage, enhancing the attention given to sustainability, to standardization and to the inclusion;
Development of the organisational structure of the enterprise, improving competitiveness of offer of services for innovating the traditional production system.
4. DEVELOPMENT OF ORGANISATIONAL PATTERNS FOR CREATIVE INDUSTRIES
Entrance into news markets and sectors or the opening up to new product sectors, in Friuli – Venezia Giulia, in Italy and abroad, through accompanying actions, a structured training, aggregation in complementary supply chains, additions into international projects (ICE, InvItalia, MiSE, MAE);
Enhance international collaborations to stimulate the demand;
Access to funding, co-funding, also facilitating access to the risk and debt portal;
Enhance and encourage international collaborations;
Encourage horizontal fertilisation between the Cluster and other sectors, including tourism, manufacture, maritime technologies, environmental technologies, agri-food, Smart Health, ect…
