MENUShe deals with the design of various EU Programmes with indirect and direct management, from the definition of the project idea, to the planning, writing and finalization of the project, from the construction and management of the transnational partnership to the definition of the budget. She also follows the subsequent phase of coordination and implementation of the funded project, with the management of complex transnational and local partnerships (8 – 20 partners) and the implementation of activities at local and transnational level.
In the last years she has designed and followed initiatives and projects in the field of Cultural and Creative Enterprises (Chimera, CRE.HUB, DIVA), while in the past she has also carried out activities to support companies for technology transfer, innovation processes and writing business plans in an agri-food cluster.
She has also taught project management and fund raising in courses and post-graduate Masters and within the scope of transnational initiatives.
